KEEP REFRIGERATEDFor digestion: Ingest a table spoon of Sea moss gel every day (until the use by date), by adding to smoothies or food. For skin / hair: Use as a part of your normal routine as a skin or hair mask and rinse.

Servings: Each 380ml jar has around 20 servings, 500ml jar has around 35 servings. Taste: Mild with a hint of lime, mixes perfectly with everything or on its own. Shelf life: 3 weeks. Check the BEST BEFORE DATE on the bottom of the jar. Can be frozen and preserved for up to 3 months into an ice cube tray. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it tasted. I should have known as fresh product that it wouldn’t have a long shelf life and I was booked to go away for 2 weeks with expiry 1.10.26 so unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to finish it and didn’t think it was wise to pack it once opened as needs to be stored in the fridge. So I will order more on my return
