The information provided across this website is designed to provide helpful information and based upon the opinions of Oneself Wellbeing unless stated otherwise. This website is not meant to be used, nor should it be used, to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Proper medical diagnosis should always be sought by a healthcare practitioner and suitable appropriate precautions should always be taken, therefore any information taken is strictly at your own risk. 

Our products should not be used as a substitutes for a balanced diet and varied diet. You should consult your doctor if you are being treated for any medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read all terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By placing an order through our website you warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You are at least 18 years old.

1.COMMENCEMENT AND TERM

These Terms shall be valid from the time that the Customer places an order with Oneself wellbeing. 

2.PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

2.1. Oneself wellbeing reserve the right to change prices from time to time on company websites or literature, without prior notice.

2.2. All prices listed include Value Added Tax (VAT). Postage and packaging is applied at the cart checkout page.

2.3. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to decline and or cancel an order. In the case that an order is to be cancelled by us, an explanation to the contact email will be provided. 

3.DELIVERY

3.1. Expected delivery is within (3-5 working days). Once your order has been dispatched it will be sent by a next day delivery service. 

3.2. For Scotland and Northern Ireland shipping we use Royal Mail 24 HR Tracked Service. All other orders to the UK will be sent via DPD UK next day.

3.3. Oneself cannot be held liable for deliveries to the wrong address by customer mistake. The order will be sent to the same address provided at the time of the order. In the case that an error has been made, the customer must contact the team at orders@oneselfwellbeing.co.uk to amend the shipping information. Whilst we will do our best to assist, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

3.4. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is able to receive your order on the date of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our Seamoss gel we cannot issue a refund or be held liable for any missed deliveries. In the event that the order is returned to us and the customer wishes for the order to be re shipped - it is the customers responsibility to cover the new shipping cost in full. 

3.5. A multiple product order may be sent in separate parcels which could mean that they are delivered separately.

4.SUBSCRIPTIONS

4.1. All subscriptions placed through Oneself wellbeing must be processed for a minimum of two billing cycles before they can be cancelled.

4.2. Failed payments will be tried for a maximum of three times, on the consecutive days following the subscription.

4.3. For our 2nd and 22nd delivery date subscription orders; orders placed after the delivery date will be dispatched as soon as possible to our discretion.

4.4. It is the customers responsibility to make any changes to their delivery address and or contact details before the subscription order has been processed. Oneself wellbeing will not be held liable to deliveries to old addresses not modified through the subscription portal. If your order has not been dispatched and you wish you change the delivery details then please contact us urgently on orders@oneselfwellbeing.co.uk where we will do our best to fulfil your request. 

5.REPLACEMENT POLICY

5.1. In the unlikely event that Oneself wellbeing should make an error with your order then please provide information and photographs to orders@oneselfwellbeing.co.uk. Oneself wellbeing shall then investigate and provide a replacement for the wrong products if necessary.

5.2. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@oneselfwellbeing.co.uk providing photographs of the damaged goods. Oneself wellbeing shall then investigate and provide a replacement for the damaged products.

6.CANCELLATION

6.1. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact the team at orders@oneselfwellbeing.co.uk quoting your order number. Please note that once an order has been dispatched and collected by our courier, cancellation charges and courier fees may apply.

7.FEES AND REFUND POLICY

7.1. Payment can be made via VISA, credit/debit card or PayPal.

7.2. Cheques are not accepted

7.3. Delivery and/or courier charges are non-refundable.

7.4. If a refund is approved, payment will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
