    Golden Seamoss

I am 46, I’ve been taking Seamoss gel for 4 month now and have really felt the benefits. I have suffered with Adenomyosis for about a year, which causes extremely painful periods and over the past 4 months the pain has subsided, which I can’t quite believe! I take this everyday in a smoothie and will continue for as long as I need. It also helps with weight loss which I wasn’t expecting either. I do exercise about 3 to 4 times a week and eat a fairly healthy diet.
