Here's a refreshing way to stay cool this summer! Freeze your Sea moss gel and preserve its nutrients for up to 3 months!
Prep Time:
5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Sea moss gel
- Ice cube tray
- A handful of fruit
Directions:
1. Chop all of your fruits into small pieces and place ready into your ice cube tray
2. Extract sea moss gel straight from the jar, or mix in with some warm water to soften. This will dilute your gel so don't add to much!
3. Add the sea moss into your ice cube tray with the fruit and spread out evenly
4. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours
Use ice cubes to add to a smoothie, or just simply add some water to a glass and enjoy!
