Are you on the hunt for a tasty and nutritious breakfast? Look no further! These delicious pancakes are not only fluffy and satisfying, but they also pack a powerful punch of minerals and nutrients, thanks to the addition of sea moss.

 

Prep Time: 

5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Sea moss gel
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp of Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1tbs honey or syrup

 

Directions: 

1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt
2. In a separate bowl mix together almond milk sea moss gel and ground flaxseed.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until welcome combined if desired, add honey for added sweetness
4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat 


Finish with your favourite toppings such as fresh berries, bananas, honey or maple syrup!
