Perfect for lunch or even breakfast, Avocado toast is easy to prepare and combines the creamy richness of avocado with the health benefits of sea moss.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices bread (of your choice)
- 1/2 fresh lime (squeezed juice)
- 1tbsp of sea moss gel
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of chilli flakes
Directions:
1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out the avocado into a bowl.
2. Add the sea moss in with the avocado and mash with a spoon until the sea moss has broken down evenly.
3. Add lime juice, season with salt, pepper and Chilli flakes and mix well.
4. Toast bread of your choice and spread the avocado filling on top.
