Prep Time: 

5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 pieces of freeze dried dragon fruit
  • 1 cup of organic coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Oneself Elderberry and Ginger Sea Moss Gel
  • Fruit, granola and chia seeds for toppings 

Directions: 

1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend
2. Add more milk for the desired consistency
3. Pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings
