Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 pieces of freeze dried dragon fruit
- 1 cup of organic coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of Oneself Elderberry and Ginger Sea Moss Gel
- Fruit, granola and chia seeds for toppings
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend
2. Add more milk for the desired consistency
3. Pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings
