Power Porridge

Mornings can be tough. Waking up early, getting ready for the day, and trying to fit in some self-care can feel like a never-ending battle. But what if there was a way to add something extra to your morning routine that would give you the energy and nourishment you need to conquer the day? Enter this powerful porridge made with no oats!

Prep Time: 

10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Flesh from 1/2 jelly coconut
  • 75g hemp or pumpkin seed
  • 5 baby bananas
  • 2 cups of fresh coconut milk or water
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tsp pimento
  • 1/2tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbsp Oneself Sea Moss Gel
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions: 

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency
2. Place in a pan and heat on low temperature until warm for 3-5 minutes
3. Top with a few fruits and/or seeds of your liking
